CREDITS.
Designed and built with a modern minimalistic edge; this luxurious outdoor lounge it’s composed by 2 main bays each of them with a different height level.
The primary bay counts with an outdoor kitchen with dining room, a salted water hot tub equipped with an outdoor TV. This bay is used all year long and under any weather as it's equipped with a clear engineered SkyPoly commercial grade roof which provides protection against water and snow.
The secondary bay holds a lounge seating area. Furnished with a contemporary modern outdoor lounge furniture set and pottery to showcase annuals plants during the summer.

ABOUT.
This project evokes vibes from the brutalist school of design as well as nods to minimalism. Built 100% in red cedar; the main structure was stained with a Caviar Matte Black stain with some of it's horizontal structural details left on natural red cedar using a transparent stain to protect the wood.
While its outdoors, privacy was a key request from the client. We achieved this by designing and building a natural red cedar privacy fence from the kitchen to the hot tub. To complement the look the floors were built with designed composite Trex decking in a Foggy Wharf tone.
This project made this beautiful Fountain Square home a statement property in Woodlawn Ave.
